नमस्कार दोस्तों English Sikhe ब्लॉग पर आपका स्वागत है इस पोस्ट में Present perfect continuous tense के पहचान, रूल, उदाहरण आदि के बारे में पढ़ेंगे।

Present Perfect Continuous Tense In Hindi
Present Perfect Continuous Tense के वाक्यों से यह ज्ञात होता है कि कार्य पास्ट में शुरू होता है और वर्तमान में जारी होता है। साथ ही इस टेंस के वाक्यों में भूतकालिक समय सुचक शब्द ( जैसे – पांच दिनों से, सोमवार से, 2018 से , ... इत्यादि ) जुड़ा होता है। यदि भूतकालिक समय सुचक शब्द नहीं जुड़ा होता है तो वैसे वाक्यों को प्रेजेंट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस में की मदद से अनुवाद किया जाता है।
Helping Verb – प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस में Has been या Have been का प्रयोग helping verb के रूप में किया जाता है।
Has been – Third Person Singular Subject के साथ Has been का प्रयोग किया जाता है।
जैसे– He, She, Ram, Your brother ,...etc.
Have been – First Person, Second Person और Third Person Plural Subject के साथ Have been का प्रयोग किया जाता है।
जैसे– I, We, You, They, Ram and Shyam, Your brothers,....etc.
Main Verb – प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस में Verb की Fourth Form का प्रयोग Main Verb के रूप में किया जाता है।
Present Perfect Continuous Tense की पहचान
1. यदि किसी हिंदी वाक्य क्रिया के अंत में ता रहा है,ती रही है, ते रहें है, ता रहा हूं,.... इत्यादि रहे तो उस वाक्य क्रिया का अनुवाद Present Perfect Continuous Tense में किया जाता है।
For Example:
मै लिखता रहा हूं।
I have been writing.
वह खाता रहा है।
He has been eating.
He has been eating.
मोहन बोलता रहा है।
Mohan has been speaking.
सीता गाती रही है।
Sita has been singing.
मोहन सोचता रहा है।
Mohan has been thinking.
Mohan has been thinking.
वह घूमती रही है।
She has been walking.
2. कुछ ऐसे भी वाक्य होता है जिसमें मुख्य क्रिया नहीं होता है और ना ही उसमें ता रहा है, ती रही है, ते रहें हैं,.. जैसा शब्द होता है फिर भी उस वाक्य का अनुवाद Present Perfect Continuous Tense में किया जाता है ऐसा तब संभव है जब उस वाक्य में समय अवधि का जिक्र हो।
For Example:
वह लड़का पांच साल से पटना में हैं।
That boy has been in Patna for five years.
राम और श्याम पांच दिनों से बीमार हैं।
Ram and Shyam have been ill for five days.
मेरा भाई चार महीने से पीलिया से पीड़ित है।
My brother has been suffering from jaundice for four months.
उसका भाई बचपन से अंधा है।
Her brother has been blind since childhood.
3. यदि किसी हिंदी वाक्य क्रिया के अंत में रहा है, रही है, रहे हैं रहे हो... जैसा शब्द होता है और उसके पहले भूतकालिक समय सूचक शब्द होता है तो वैसे वाक्यों का अनुवाद Present Perfect Continuous Tense में किया जाता है।
भूतकालिक समय सूचक शब्द:- दो दिनों से, पांच महीनों से, बचपन से, दस बजे से,2000 से... इत्यादि।
रोहित और मोहित सुबह से उस काम को कर रहा है।
Rohit and Mohit have been doing that work since morning.

वे लोग आठ बजे से किताब पढ़ रहा है।
They have been reading the book since eight o'clock.
रानी दो चार घंटे से सो रही है।
Rani has been sleeping for two or four hours.
वह बचपन से इस किताब को पढ़ रहा है।
He has been reading this book since childhood.
Since और for का प्रयोग :-
Since :- जब वाक्य में निश्चित समय (किस घड़ी / किस दिन / किस साल - शुरु होने का समय ) अवधि दिया रहे तब since का प्रयोग किया जाता है।
For:- जब अवधि ( यानि कितनी देर से/कितने समय से ) दिया रहता है तब for का प्रयोग किया जाता है।

Present Perfect Continuous Tense Affirmative Sentences को English में Translate करने के नियम –
- Subject को सबसे पहले लिखें।
- subject को लिखने के बाद Subject के Person तथा Number के अनुसार Have been या Has been को लिखें।
- इसके बाद Verb की Fourth Form को लिखें।
- verb को लिखने के बाद other words को लिखते हैं।

Present Perfect Continuous Tense Negative Sentences को English में Translate करने के लिए नीचे दिए गए Structure का प्रयोग करें –

Subject + have/has + not + been + V-ing + Other words.

वह सुबह से नहीं दौड़ रहा है।

मैं 2018 से इस शहर में नहीं रह रहा हूँ।
I have not been living in this city since 2018.
शिवम् चार दिनों से नहीं आ रहा है।

मैं नकुल को वर्षों से नहीं देख रहा हूँ।
